I’m pretty sure Tyler Morse is one of those individuals who worked for the mafia and was lucky enough to get out.

Here’s why I think that: Throughout the buying process, if there was something I needed or something I wanted the seller to do then Tyler would make it happen. I don’t know how he would make it happen, I know enough NOT to ask questions, but after a day to 2 he would come back to me and say “Hey look at this, they did what you asked!” Tyler is an animal, a beast. A ferocious go-getter of a man that will stop at NOTHING until you are deeply satisfied. I mean it. I needed help with the move? Tyler made sure a U-haul was waiting for me. I needed some money to help decorate the house…. Tyler made sure there was a Home Depot gift card waiting for me. I will never stop recommending Tyler to those who want to buy or sell their home. Also he has the shiniest head in the game.

"We met Tyler because his children go to the same school as ours. Tyler was friendly and had a passion for real estate. He visits homes for fun, so I could tell he lives and breathes real estate. He has completed lots of training and education to be on the up-and-up with the buying and selling process. He is well connected with a lot of people involved with real estate and was able to tell me what each person does.He helped us buy a bigger home and gave us realistic confidence that we could buy, despite the higher than desired interest rate at the time. He was available to text almost anytime and treats you like a friend. He was able to point out good things in the homes we saw, along with potential flaws. He had our future in mind because he understands the long-term effects of owning a home. He negotiated fairly with the seller in a friendly, but realistic manner.Tyler also helped us sell our first home. He listened to what we wanted to do, but also provided good feedback and suggestions. We started with trying to sell the home as-is, while occupied because we were still in the process of looking for our bigger home to purchase. After a month of being on the market with no interested buyers, Tyler made the suggestion of upgrading some lighting fixtures and redoing the downstairs floor and master bathroom floor. His suggestion allowed our home to sell at a higher asking price and it was sold within 2 weeks after relisting! He went above and beyond by hiring professional house cleaners for the home we listed, he mowed the lawn, and replaced the light fixtures himself. He helped us with understanding the legal forms we had to complete and did a lot of "hand holding" for us because we truly did not know how the home selling process worked.I recommend everyone I know looking to sell or buy a home to Tyler because he genuinely has your best interest at heart."

"Tyler was amazing. As new homebuyers, he helps you through the entire process before, during, and AFTER. He was very honest about the houses we looked at and he helped teach us what to look for when buying a home. Tyler was on top of everything and gave us multiple updates to keep us in the loop during the negotiating process. What amazed me most was the amount of help he provided after we closed on the house. He helped us find contractors, deep clean the home, and move into the house. The help did not end even when we closed on the house. I would recommend Tyler to anyone looking to buy a home and especially new homebuyers as he has been amazing."

"Tyler is Awesome. I think he is a secretly a super hero, a do-gooder extraordinaire. Seriously just stop what you are doing and just hire him. You won't regret it! He did an Outstanding job helping me sell my home. On the market only 4 days, and closed 2 weeks later!!! He knows homes and the market well, I could tell after I barraged him with questions and various points. He knows his stuff. My doubts were high, so to have a little fun I offered a gentleman's wager on when the home would sell. (and arrogantly I thought I would be right and the home would sit on the market for months Haha). To my surprise it sold really fast and at good fair price which made me extremely happy, but I lost our little wager. Oh well, worth it, Lol. He also listened to my other concerns. He was Positive and Understanding of various possibilities we were considering. He is good at giving the pros and cons of each. He always answered my questions and was patient with me when going over multiple contracts, pointing out things to know, pros/cons etc. He even handled random things at the house I forgot about, saving me lots of time. He went above and beyond. Honestly was blown away how much he helped and how smoothly it all went. I defiantly will be using him on the next purchase and sale! Thank you Tyler!!!"

"I found a home online and wanted to get some more information from a local realtor. He called me to introduce himself on a Sunday night! A week later Tyler took us all over the Boise area. He knew what I was looking for and found it the first day. I was able to go all the way through close while residing in an eastern state. The close was simple and timely. I'm very pleased with Tyler and his team and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home."
